Neighbours thanked for part in fire rescue BY GRACE CABELL

He is known as Mr Yu – no one knows his real name or age, and he lives alone in a housing complex in St Albans. Mr Yu probably owes his life to the two neighbours who came to his aid earlier this year. Last Thursday, Mr Yu was all smiles as his neighbours, Lynda McKenzie and Christopher Butler, were acknowledged by the New Zealand Fire Service for rescuing him from a kitchen fire. Mr Yu had a fall while cooking, leaving his unattended stove top to catch fire. The tenants had heard the smoke alarm and managed to put the fire out with water while looking after the

elderly man. “When I came inside, Mr Yu was on the floor. Chris was dancing around saying, ‘fire, fire’,” she said. Mr Butler was the one who then put the fire out. Ms McKenzie said Mr Yu often set off his smoke alarm. At a barbecue put on by the Fire Service at the housing complex last Thursday, fire risk management officer Mark Thomas presented Ms McKenzie with her certificate. Mr Butler was too sick to attend the barbecue but would receive his award at a later date. The event was held in light of the recent fire and another in the complex that had also started from unattended cooking. Mr Thomas spoke about fire safety, stressing the importance of smoke alarms. He said more than a third of fires started in the kitchen. Ms McKenzie said she always watched out for her neighbours and has since kept a close eye on Mr Yu. Neighbourhood Support manager Dave Wilkinson and city council tenancy advisor Judy Gallagher also attended the barbecue. He spoke to the group about ways to keep safe within the neighbourhood. “Society tends to forget these sorts of people. Out of sight, out of mind,” he said. Mr Wilkinson provided the group with a neighbourhood support bookHAPPY: Pickering Courts resident Mr Yu was all smiles at a barbecue held let and an ultra violet pen to mark at the housing complex last Thursday. McMASTER HEAP VETERINARY PRACTICE

The IMPORTANCE of a HEALTHY MOUTH Dentistry on cats and dogs would be one of the most common daily surgeries carried out by the vets at McMaster & Heap Vet practice. Most days we perform between 4-6 dental surgeries. Most pets, unless very young, have diseased, unhealthy mouths that require attention. It is not common practice for owners to inspect their pets mouth let alone brush their dogs teeth but regularly doing this could significantly improve your pets mouth and overall health. Our pets are born with perfect teeth but will not stay this way without proactive measures by us. A healthy mouth is so important for your special pets overall health. 80% of plaque is comprised of nasty bacteria that can progress to hepatitis, pyelonephritis ( infection in the kidneys), bladder infections, joint infections and even endocarditis ( infection around the heart valves). Prevention of these diseases isn’t difficult – it just requires education on our part and time and commitment on yours. Dental hygiene for us is an unconscious daily ritual that our parents started for us – why shouldn’t our pets deserve the same treatment. Your pets mouth will be checked regularly by the vets and nurses at McMaster and Heap Vets at routine visits. The obvious signs of advanced dental disease are terrible breath, difficulty/ slowness eating dry food, salivating, weight loss, swelling around the jaw, lethargy, face rubbing and cats reduce their grooming and dogs stop playing with toys. Usually when we observe these clinical signs, there is periodontitis with diseased roots and the teeth are past saving and need to be extracted. We want to notice early stages of dental disease so teeth can ultimately be saved. Every animal is at risk of developing diseased mouths. During an examination, the gums and teeth will be inspected carefully. We check for oral ulcers, red infected gums, fractured teeth, rotton and loose teeth and we inspect the mouth carefully for cancers, enlarged tonsils and abscesses. We assess the lymph nodes and check the skin and coat around the mouth. We will advise the best treatment plan for our patient which may include dentistry under a general anaesthetic. Other treatments we recommend include feeding dental diets, tooth brushing regularly, mouth washes, knawing at large raw bones that can’t be chewed up and some toys are great for keeping teeth and gums healthy. Don’t worry, we won’t ask you to brush your cats teeth. We would have no show of pinning down Spartacus our very ADHD Abbysinnian!!

We are now able to make accurate decisions on whether a tooth needs to be extracted or not but performing dental radiography. A perfect image is projected via digital radiography onto a computer within seconds and we are clearly able to assess the tooth roots, the surrounding bone and soft tissues. This image gives us the necessary information to decide if we can save or need to remove a tooth in question. An excellent piece of technology which will allow us to practice state of the art dentistry and hopefully your pets will have their full set of teeth for longer!

The earthquake-damaged St Joseph’s Catholic Parish on Main North Rd will be demolished in January. Planning had already begun for replacing the 94-year-old church with a new, larger church. Building dates for the new church had not yet been confirmed. St Joseph’s church parish priest Father John Adams (above) said the new church was expected to cater 800 parishioners. This was double the amount of parishioners the church was able to cater to currently. Father Adams said the St Joseph’s church was an icon of the Papanui scene. “People really know that church,” he said. He said the new church would be built on the same site but further away from the road and nearby creek. The size of the new church was a reflection of

We think both of those groups would use the church and their parents too,” he said. The parish also expected another 300 parishioners to join within the next decade. During its closure, church

services had been moved to St Gregory’s Church on Cotswold Ave. “We’re really lucky we had two churches in our parish,” said Father Adams. On November 2 the two churches had almost 1000 people gather for Sunday’s service. The earthquake-damaged Papanui Methodist Church on Chapel St and Harewood Rd was also set to be demolished on December 1.

High speed worry near subdivision

Monday November 17 2014

All the fun of the show for school kids

BY GRACE CABELL

High-speed roads directly outside a subdivision under construction in Harewood have property developers concerned. Construction for the Highsted Residential subdivision is underway, but some are concerned the 80km/h roads that surround the area could be too dangerous. The first group of Stage 1 buyers are expected to have their titles before Christmas, meaning home owners may have moved in by June next year. On November 5, property developer Andrew Donnithorne presented a deputation to a Shirley-Papanui Community Board meeting asking for changes to be made to the area. He was concerned the high speed limits were not being addressed and would make surrounding roads unsafe. Community board deputy chairman Aaron Keown said changes needed to be made in the area as soon as possible. “We should be really vigilant on speed in the area,” he said. Mr Keown said people looking to build homes in the area may be put off by the speed of surrounding roads. “They might think ‘oh, that’s a

HIGH-SPEED ZONE: Developers of the Highsted subdivision are concerned about the 80km/h speed limits on surrounding roads.

very high speed area’, and not want to build there,” he said. At the meeting, the board decided to monitor the development and review limits within the next year. Board chairman Mike Davidson said he understood the impact it could have being directly outside of a residential development. Highsted Residential sales manager Michelle Allan said she would be surprised if the changes did not go ahead. “A lot of people have a concern when they watch the speed of the cars down that road,” she said. Speed limits in the ShirleyPapanui ward were being reviewed as part of a city-wide review of

speed limits. At the meeting, the board recommended the city council approve all proposed changes of speed limits in the area. Changes would include extending the existing 50km/h speed limit on Gardiners Rd from the existing 50 to 80 change point 50 metres further south. Reducing the 70km/h speed limit on Cavendish Rd from 70km/h to 50km/h would also be included.

We grow great techno girls At Selwyn House School, we grow Techno Girls. Computer Science jobs are amongst the fastest growing and highest paid and yet across the world women are significantly under-represented in this area. Selwyn House is committed to ensuring that our girls have opportunities to participate in this field, have the skills required to undertake these positions, and believe that this is a future career for them. From their very first day at school, Selwyn House girls are introduced to programming and coding within the class curriculum. The School engages girls in construction and programming through a range of tools including WeDo, Scratch and Beebots. These experiences enable the girls to learn and apply mathematics and problem solving concepts in a fun and creative way.

In Years 3 and 4, as part of the Maker programme, girls are introduced to Design Thinking – this enables them to solve problems using a range of technologies including designing with a 3D printer. Girls are learning prototyping and the importance of grit and resilience.

“I had to keep on trying to get everything right. It was difficult to because you had to remember about sizes and shapes,” says Xanthe Pearce (Year 3). “When I designed the piece that I was making to go on the top, it had a curve in it, but I couldn’t get the computer programme to make a curve. So I talked to my teachers, changed my plan, and redesigned the top to be a straight line.” Girls progress from Beebots to more complex robotics tools as they advance through the School. They program robots to complete rescue missions or play soccer with an illuminated ball with infrared sensors. In Years 7 and 8 the girls create websites where they share their learning using HTML and CSS. This experience writing computer code is extremely challenging but the girls are so proud of the sites they create. The latest computer science venture at Selwyn House School is an after school All Girls’ Code Club. Run in conjunction with Code Club Aotearoa, this is the first All Girls’ Code Club in Christchurch and is taught by volunteer programmers from Wynyard Group and E2digital.

Selwyn House wants to ensure that any girl passionate about computer science can take part, so Years 6 to 8 girls from any school are welcome. The girls are deeply engaged in learning complex applications of Scratch as well as HTML/CSS and Python. If you have a daughter who might enjoy the opportunity to learn to code, contact Selwyn House School on 355-7299. We all know that today’s students barely remember a time before the internet, email or digital media. Using technology, such as robotics, is a great way to ensure our learners are creating, not just consuming information technology. We feel confident that our girls are learning the computer science skills and knowledge that will help them thrive in this fast-changing world.

▌IN ▌ BRIEF Flooding consultation The city council is asking residents about their preferred option to reduce flooding in the Flockton Basin area. Consultation opened last Monday and will close on November 26. The preferred option is expected to reduce the frequency and severity of flooding in the area and benefit at least 585 properties. After considering residents’ feedback, alongside technical advice, the city council expects to make a final decision on December 11.

MAGICAL: Year 10 students Amelia Bryden, Milly Collin, India Borelli and Anna Bruce in the play.

A cyclist was thrown from his bicycle after being hit by a car last Tuesday. A St John spokesman said the 30-year-old man sustained injuries to his hand and arm in the collision on Farrington Ave, outside Bishopdale Mall. The hit came after a crash on the same day on Halswell Rd when a car rolled into a ditch.

Fitness trail park

The city council has proposed a $69,000 fitness park trail at Burnside Park. The trail would include four separate stations situated around the edges of the park. Community funding would be sort for three out of the four stations. The Commodore Hotel had already provided $10,000 worth of funding, which would be used for station one. The city council has asked for public consultation on the project, which opened on November 7 and would end November 21.

MYSTICAL: A scene from Rangi Ruru Girls’ School production of A Midsummer Night’s Dream.

SETTING: The production’s outdoor stage.

Star-studded production at Rangi Ruru

A performance under the stars was recently held by students at Rangi Ruru Girls’ School. On November 6, 7 and 8 students at the school performed A Midsummer Night’s Dream. The performance featured 2.4m puppets created by Julian Southgate.

School director of theatre arts Robert Gilbert and his students learnt puppetry techniques at a workshop at London’s National Theatre. “Bringing to life these giant creatures is something quite magical,” Mr Gilbert said. The school production made use

of actors, puppeteers, musicians, dancers and singers from the school. The event was held outdoors as the school was still operating without a school hall or auditorium. Year 10 student Anna Bruce played ‘Bottom’ and the voice of ‘Pyramus’. She said the production was the

most exciting thing she had been involved with. “I’ll never forget it.” “I will miss not performing this each night,” she said. Mr Gilbert said the performance was built on a production held by the school in 2013.

Vandals force giraffe repair

9

BY GRACE CABELL

Giraffe hunters looking to complete the trail of long-necked sculptures in the city will now be one animal down. One of the city’s new fibreglass giraffes has been removed after it had a hole kicked in its stomach. The giraffe, named Space Wild, was mounted in Malvern Park in St Albans as part of the Christchurch Stands Tall art project. A person was seen kicking the structure. Police are currently investigating the matter. The giraffe has since been removed for repairs. Christchurch Stands Tall project director Claire Cowles said she hoped to have it back there soon. “It’s all set up to get it out as soon as possible although but it will probably be quite an involved process.” “We were quite shocked that somebody would do that in the first place,” she said. She said there had been no damage to other giraffes so far except for the occasional climber. “People are climbing on them which leaves scuff marks but those are able to be cleaned off quickly,” she said. Shirley-Papanui Community Board deputy chairman Aaron Keown said it was unacceptable. “That is just straight out vandalism of public art,” he said. Mr Keown said public parks

There is not a playground in the city where you can’t find cigarettes, used condoms and broken bottles – people go in and do less than desirable activity in the park at night,” he said. At the end of the public art exhibition in February the 99 giraffes would be auctioned off to raise money for Christchurch charities.

What’s your normal?

H

ave you ever stopped to think, is your normal actually normal? Are you serious about your sport and training, looking to improve your performance but keep getting injured? Are you living with stiffness and pain in your body that you’ve never got around to doing anything about? From the athlete, the regular runner to the regular gardener, physiotherapists are trained to assess if your normal, is in fact, normal. In recent years, the role of the

physiotherapist has developed from first point of call when you’re injured, to a consultant to seek advice from. Muscle People physiotherapists can help you improve your performance, or reduce your muscle stiffness through their Movement and Posture Assessment, as well as a twostage Dynamic Spines class and their brandnew Oov Core strength class. Movement and Posture Assessments are designed to identify and remove inefficient movement patterns, allowing you to generate the speed, power and

agility you want. Previously the domain of professional athletes, this is now available to anyone. The assessment utilises the dynamic Functional Movement Screen (FMS), a ranking and grading system of seven key movement patterns that are critical to normal function. By screening these patterns, the FMS readily identifies functional limitations, asymmetries and faulty movement patterns leading to various compensations, sub-optimal movement patterns, poor biomechanics and possibly contributing to future injury, as well as increased microtrauma to your joints. Once your Movement and Posture Assessment has been analysed, your physiotherapist will specifically prescribe an individualised corrective programme that will eliminate your inefficiencies and maximise your performance. One of Muscle People’s popular programmes is their Dynamic Spines twostage class which is designed for anyone with back or neck pain, or with core and postural

he Christchurch Casino New Zealand Trotting Cup took place at Addington Raceway on November 11. The vivacious atmosphere drew trotting fans as well as fashion followers who indulged in the day of fun and glamour. Under the blazing sun, elegant ladies and stylish gents vied in the best dressed contest, while on track muscular horses whipped the ground to clouds of dust and the excitement grew to fever pitch, driving frenzied punters to leap and shout as the winners crossed the post. Some tote tickets were cashed in, and others torn up to blow away on the breeze, accompanied by the sounds of celebration or disappointment.

Harewood Primary School pupils are excited to be part of the Christchurch Stands Tall art project. Pupils took up the challenge to decorate their own giraffe, which has since been placed in Christchurch Airport. Pupils were asked for design ideas and decided to decorate the giraffe with patches that were ‘zentangled’ (a type of doodle art). The pupils named their giraffe Zenny. The giraffe was completed with glittery eye-shadow and long eyelashes. Zenny would be welcomed back to STAND TALL: Harewood Primary School school in January once the project had teacher Liz France and pupil Hannah stand finished. with Zenny.

n extract of a small pumpkin-like fruit called garcinia cambogia from India and Asia has shown itself to greatly assist weight management and overall health. In fact, many have found it to increase fat loss by two to three times greater than normal. The Dr Oz Show on television has said it is the most effective and fastest working natural supplement to support weight loss. The extract of this amazing fruit is called Hydroxycitric Acid (HCA) or CitriMax. Research has shown HCA to help suppress the appetite, reduce cravings, feel fuller for longer, increase energy levels, help prevent fat from being made and stored in the body, increase lean muscle mass, increase

I say these may have been firework related because these types of animal rescue are few and far between and normally during the day. If they were the result of firework use or misuse then that alone would be reason enough in my mind to end sales to the public. Mind you, the effect of fireworks going off in a car in Halswell in the early hours of last Sunday morning meant the complete loss of the vehicle to fire. That would surely have ruined someone’s night. We now move further towards summer with some hot, dry nor’westers sure to feature. The habit of lighting fires that Guy Fawkes encourages has already seen an increase of such events in grass, skips and bins. Combined with warmer weather and wind, that could spell trouble. So, once again, we ask for early reporting and keen eyes giving descriptions, or better still, names, of those who think lighting fires is clever, exciting or an opportunity to give the finger to the rest of us.

hronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) is when the breathing passages (airways) in your lungs are obstructed and your lung tissue is damaged. This causes difficulty in breathing. The early stages of COPD are often unrecognised, but it is very easy to determine whether a person is at risk. If you answer yes to three or more of the following questions, you could have COPD. • • • • •

Are you a current or ex-smoker? Do you cough several times most days? Do you bring up phlegm or mucus most days? Do you get out of breath more easily than others your age? Are you over 40 years old?

If COPD is detected early, there are options and treatments available to help improve quality of life and prevent further deterioration of lung function. Talk to your doctor if you think you are at risk or to find out more about COPD. Join us at The Canterbury Horticultural Hall, Riccarton Avenue, on November 19 from 10.30am to 2.30pm. Free entry - all are welcome. Free information and advice, health professionals are available to answer your questions. serotonin levels in the brain that help control mood and sleep, improve cholesterol levels that may help reduce the chances of strokes and cardiovascular disease, help prevent sugar spikes as well as other health benefits. It is considered a very safe supplement (although check first if you are on medication) as it has been used for centuries as a flavouring agent and digestive aid. To obtain reliable results it is important to take a product that contains a standardised extract of 60 per cent HCA and also take the recommended amount as used in the clinical research. Some supplements also contain ChromeMate to help improve the results. Contact Marshall’s Health and Natural Therapy, phone 388 5757.

Belly fat - a serious health concern

xcessive fat accumulation around the belly not only affects the way you look but increases the risk for diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, cancer and stroke. The good news is belly fat can be reduced, and this may reduce the chance of serious disease. Exercising regularly, drinking plenty of pure water, increasing fibre intake, reducing or eliminating sugar, reducing carbohydrate intake, having smaller meals regularly and having more protein with each meal can make a difference. The right supplements may also improve results considerably for many people. Garcinia cambogia (Super CitriMax) provides Hydroxycitric Acid (HCA) that researchers have found to help stop fat

being made and stored in the body. It is also effective at suppressing the appetite, reducing cravings and keeping you feeling fuller for longer. For effective results, it should be taken 45 to 60 minutes before each meal. SafSlim is a product that has been shown in one study to reduce belly fat up to six times faster over a 16-week period while at the same time increasing lean muscle. One tablespoon of the great tasting syrup should be taken twice a day before meals. A daily fibre drink and a lower bowel tonic can help improve weight loss. A cider vinegar drink can improve digestion, overall health and the metabolic rate, and has been found also to be very beneficially for weight loss. Burnside High School Papanui High School

Evolocity: The evolution of an electric vehicle, designed and built by teenagers

T B

urnside High School has relished the challenge of combining engineering, electronics, programming, design and media together in the EVolocity electric motor sport event, culminating in a speedway competition at Ruapuna Raceway in November. The Burnside teams have gone for streamlined and low three-wheeled designs, and have spent hours of time thinking through where to put things, where to source things and where to store things. Michael Perry 13MUB, Sam Churcher 12WWL, Armand LeRoux 12SMPP, Rewi Haar, Crystal Li and Tony Lee 12SMVV make up Team 1; Josh Lowe 12NLOD, Jonathan McKay 13 GVK, Angela Li 10SHRM and Caitlin Penny 11NBYS make up Team 2; and Arron Prattley 11WBFU and Ryan Yardley 11NCHB make up Team 3. The Burnside plan was to order in a prototype cart, thanks to the generous funding by the Burnside High School PTA, that had some steering and gearing pre-

configured. The goal was to then modify and develop from there. Michael Perry is the chief engineer who has built and assembled the trike in Team 1. Jonathan McKay, Josh Lowe and Arron Prattley are the other builders across the school. The bikes eventually arrived and it has been a busy process of development, investigation and a bit of trial and error to get the bikes up to a safe racing level. This is a truly cross departmental activity where the students have had to liaise with staff from physics, engineering, electronics, maths and digital. This is a fantastic opportunity for the school to participate in and has allowed students to experience a ‘blue skies’ project, where they set the specifications and constraints and then realise them. Some students have negotiated this into their subject areas and are able to be assessed against the standards appropriate. The best part of this is where the students get exposure to professionals and push the key competencies of managing self, relating to others, participation and contributing with their communities and thinking.

Sponsors Burnside High School PTA Next Energy Tickets are available at the school office.

his project started earlier in the year with an invitation to take the challenge to be one of the first schools to design and build a vehicle capable of transporting a student, with payload, powered by a small electric motor. A group of interested year 10 and 11 students attended a ‘brainstorming’ meeting where participants were encouraged to think ‘outside the square’. Our designs were based around bicycle parts. We were able to course these from the EcoShop, who kindly donated enough parts to start the project. For our first design, we settled on the driver sitting in the sidecar. For manoeuvrability, we were fixed on steering both ends of the bike. Early tests resulted in a catastrophic collapse of the wheel. We initially powered the sidecar wheel with the motor supplied in the kit, donated by ‘Orion Energy’, but found we could turn right with ease, but couldn’t turn left at all. We also had a team working on a ‘purpose designed and built’ speed controller, to provide gentle and controlled acceleration and would enable the team to monitor key performance indicators. Success on this front meant that we had a working speed controller. This enabled Papanui to place an entry in the ‘speed controller’ challenge. Our second design was based on a trike with dual steering wheels at the front, with the drive wheel at the back. The driver of this vehicle sits below the axels in a ‘recumbent’ repose. The payload and batteries were to be carried under the floor plate in order to maintain a very low centre of gravity and for an aerodynamic feel. The challenge here revolved around the structural rigidity of the frame which added extra weight everytime another piece of steel was added. Mastering appropriate steering geometry

was a problem, but some trial and error testing resulted in an acceptable solution. With the addition of roll bars, brakes and other safety features, we now had two functioning vehicles, ready for the final challenge: a series of challenges to be held at Ruapuna Raceway at the end of November and sponsored by Orion Energy and APEV. The learning and ‘ownership’ of the vehicles has been amazing with a huge variety of skills being developed. These included the advantages of planning before building, working with metal and wood, the engineering challenges of strength, suitability of materials for a given purpose and numerous electronic challenges. We have been very lucky to have had the support the following sponsors: CPIT for their huge expertise in small vehicle design and electronics, Orion Energy for the donation of the power kit, ElectroFlash for electronics support, EcoShop for multiple bike parts, the Youth Development Trust for their kind donation and ‘More Mobility’ for their parts to help us with next year’s project. Aiden Barnsdale, Jarrod Schmanski, Michael Hann, Josh Wilson, Cameron Johnston, Daniel Quinn, Rowan Blass, David McDonnell-Cragg, Joseph Dodd

ow would you like to control your heat pump from anywhere, through your smartphone, tablet or online account? With new innovative technology, this is now available, allowing you to control each unit on-the-go via an internet connection. We can simply fit a new WiFi controller to your existing heat pump and give you even more flexibility over your home heating. We currently have a special deal offering a free service of your heat pump when fitting a new WiFi controller. Contact us now for further details. If you are rebuilding or repairing your home, Enviro Master can offer you a complete solution to meet your individual heating, cooling and ventilation needs. Many housing companies offer a package deal and therefore may size or position your heat pump incorrectly. It is best to talk to the experts to tailor a solution to best suit your individual requirements. This can be done from your architectural plans or from a free in-home consultation. Heat pumps are known to be one of the most energy efficient forms of heating available. In addition to being able to provide up to 4.9kW of energy for every 1kW used, there are the added benefits of cooling, dehumidifying and air filtration (great for people with allergies or asthma) – benefits no other heating appliance can offer. Ducted and multi systems are becoming increasingly popular in providing climate controlled comfort throughout your home or workplace. We are also able to incorporate ventilation into ducted systems. Enviro Master Ltd are your air conditioning and heat pump specialists and have been servicing the Christchurch area for over 12 years now. Enviro Master supplies, installs and services all the leading brands including Panasonic, Fujitsu, Mitsubishi and Daikin.

asport offers a wide range of compliant clean air fires. Why buy a Masport wood fire? Wood fires are energy efficient and designed to heat your whole home. A wood fire has multiple functions. Apart from warming your home, they can be used for water heating and cooking, making it a smart solution if the power goes out. Masport wood fires are made in New Zealand, enabling operational spare parts to be made available for purchase up to 15 years from the last date of manufacture. Wood is cost-effective, making it the cheapest form of heating. As wood is a renewable energy source, it is a sound environmental choice. South Island Hardware has an extensive range of freestanding and built-in wood fire solutions for you, clean air fires that meet the Ministry for the Environment and Environment Canterbury standards, rural fires for properties situated on two hectares or more. Trust South Island Hardware to keep you warm throughout the year. *All new wood burners must meet the emission standards set by the Ministry for the Environment and Environment Canterbury.

This means our team can show you which system and brand will best suit your needs in either your workplace or home. We are also able to repair any brand of heat pump. For a free in-home consultation, call Enviro Master on 366 0525 or visit our showroom at 41A Shakespeare Road, Waltham, Christchurch.
